The Department of Tamil aims at providing a sound understanding of Tamil culture through literature and to encourage in students a love for the language which is a treasure house of literature, folklore and history. It aims to infuse in students ethical values embedded in Tamil literature and inculcate in them a pride in the diverse culture. The department will also focus on aspects of linguistics, communication, grammar and translation.

Bachelor of Arts (BA) with major credits in English is designed to equip learners with a sound knowledge of English & literature to prepare them for rewarding careers in education, publishing, journalism, content writing, public relations, and more. This 100% online program focuses on communication & research skills by providing a thorough understanding of various subjects like communicative English, digital fluency, Victorian & modern literature, essays, and poetry.

Biochemistry explores how organisms function from a cellular perspective. It combines the sciences of biology and chemistry to examine the processes that both enable and hinder survival. Biochemists study topics such as the breakdown of food during digestion, the effects of bacteria on various biological processes, and the efficacy of pharmaceuticals on the immune system.

In the Bachelor's degree programme Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, students acquire up-to-date knowledge about applied computing and the design of computer-based systems. Fundamental computer science modules include, for example, programming, software engineering, web technologies, database systems and big data, data visualization and human-computer interfaces. In addition, the programme covers central AI topics including computer vision, natural language understanding, expert systems, heuristic optimization, intelligent agents, machine learning and neural networks.

BSc Computer Science or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science is an undergraduate program focused on the study of computers and computational systems. It's a comprehensive course that covers various aspects of computer science from theoretical foundations to practical applications. The duration of a BSc in Computer Science is generally three  years course.

Microbiology is the study of the biology of microscopic organisms - viruses, bacteria, algae, fungi, slime molds, and protozoa. The methods used to study and manipulate these minute and mostly unicellular organisms differ from those used in most other biological investigations.
